  3. Schedule Dedicated Time: Implement these task chunks into your calendar to ensure you allocate focused time for them.

  4. Communicate Clearly: Inform your colleagues and collaborators about your dedicated work time slots when you won't be available for immediate responses. You can use shared calendars, email signatures, or autoresponders to convey this message clearly. Remember, it's better to overcommunicate initially.

  5. Regularly Review and Adjust: Periodically evaluate your time slots and responsiveness levels. Were the task chunks manageable? Was your responsiveness appropriate? Seek feedback from your team and experiment with different configurations until you discover the most effective approach for you.
